Burj Khalifa At The Top
May 23, 2014

Without visiting this tallest building in the world, you cannot leave Dubai. Some people dislike to get to the observation deck by paying up expensive entry fees but Burj Khalifa At The Top is the place you want to climb up at least once, though by the fast elevator.
The general admission at the door is 400AED or about US$110 but you are not paying for that. Trick here is that you book your day and time in advance to have your ticket online, which yields your ticket price at only 125AED. Then, have your ticket number printed or saved on your iPhone and just enter the number into the ticketing machine in front of the At The Top gift shop on the basement of Dubai Mall.
After stepping out of the elevator, what you see is the 360-degree panorama views of Arabian Peninsula. You are not on the top of Burj Khalifa but a half way. Still you will enjoy the fantastic views from the deck. I only tried the day time because I was more interested in the combination of both the city and surrounded desert. It is your choice to pick night or day.
Dubai is growing fast day by day as the economy has started to pick up in past years. I am interested in going back to At The Top to see the different Dubai every five year or so. The city is certainly one of the most attractive places in the Arabian Peninsula and should attract more tourists and businesses while the World Cup will be held at the neighborhood, Qatar, in 2020.
